Went as a party, for a dear friend's 90th birthday . I had the lamb dinner, really tasty! Lamb was succulent, roast spuds were delicious, and tge veg was nice too. Everything was nice and warm, with friendly service ti boot...

What a lovely restaurant we had this evening. Jane is so lovely and wonderful friendly especially she had with our son. The food was delicious. We were very happy to be here part of our holiday.
Got takeaway (you need to phone in advance with your order) and collected from the restaurant - it looked very nice inside. We partly wished we'd booked a table instead, but the food was well packed and really delicious.
We have just enjoyed a lovely meal at the Split Willow. The steak pie was to die for and the salmon was lovely. Strawberry Sundae was absolutely georgous. Very friendly and will certainly visit again
